This simulation is not intended to accurately simulate any real world substance, and especially fails at it in the phase changes, where the substance does not pause temperature change to break bonds but instead instanty is labled as a different state when it surpasses a (pretty much arbatrary) temperature.

It's also unable to produce a plasma because particles here have no charge and no electrons to break free. It's rather limited, but a useful and fun model nonetheless.
